Hospital Bag Essentials That Actually Made A Difference

As many of you already know, I had two scheduled C-Sections for Costa and Paolo. We can get into why later, but for now, I want to share what I learned was helpful to bring to the hospital the second time around. In addition to the obvious like a toothbrush, toothpaste, and going home outfit, here are a few other things that made a world of difference in my hospital stay with Paolo. I’m a less is more kind of girl and don’t think you need to bring your entire bedroom to the birth. Once the baby arrives, the most important things will be resting, healing, nourishing, hydrating, and trying to get as comfortable as possible despite the circumstances.
