Turmeric Latte


  • 1 C homemade almond milk
  • 1 tbsp ghee
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp ginger root powder
  • A pinch of mineral salt
  • A little black pepper
  • Honey, to taste


In a small saucepan, add the almond milk. Next, add the ghee, coconut oil, turmeric powder, ginger root powder, a pinch of sea salt, and a little black pepper.

Heat the mixture over medium heat until the ghee and coconut oil have melted and it is almost boiling. Stir in honey to taste. Remove from the heat and blend with an immersion blender until frothy. Top with a sprinkle of turmeric powder.
