1/2 C canned full fat coconut milk, shake the can before adding
3–4 dates, pitted
1 tsp pure vanilla powder or vanilla extract
1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp fresh lemon juice
1 C ice
Place the nut milk, coconut milk, dates, vanilla powder, cinnamon, sea salt, and lemon juice in a blender. Add ice and blend until creamy, still allowing some little bits of date to float around. Pour in a glass and enjoy!
