Strawberry Cauliflower Smoothie Bowl



Serves 2

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower florets
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup + more as needed, coconut water or alternative milk of choice depending on how thick you like your smoothie bowls
  • 1 tablespoon cashew butter
  • 2 tablespoon protein powder of choice (I use Tejari Strawberry Protein Powder)

Topping Suggestions:

  • Unsweetened Coconut flakes
  • Fresh berries like raspberries or blueberries
  • Gogi berries
  • Chia seeds
  • Cacao nibs 


Place the frozen strawberries, cauliflower, and banana in a food processor or Vitamix blender. Add 1/2 cup liquid of choice, cashew butter, and protein powder. Blend until smooth, adding liquid as needed to reach your desired consistency. Taste. If you need it to be sweeter, add a little honey or maple syrup. Pour into a bowl and top with your favorite toppings.
