Oatmeal Banana Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup gluten-free rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup milk alternative of choice (I used Malibu Mylk’s Flax Mylk)
  • 1/2 cup coconut water
  • 1 small date, pitted
  • 2 scoops collagen powder
  • 2 tablespoons Tejari Organic Golden Banana protein powder
  • 1/3 cup ice

 

 

Instructions

Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
