Oatmeal Banana Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup gluten-free rolled oats
- 1/2 cup milk alternative of choice (I used Malibu Mylk’s Flax Mylk)
- 1/2 cup coconut water
- 1 small date, pitted
- 2 scoops collagen powder
- 2 tablespoons Tejari Organic Golden Banana protein powder
- 1/3 cup ice
Instructions
Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
