Morning Matcha Latte
- 10–12 oz milk or milk alternative of choice (I use oat milk from Good Mylk)
- 1 teaspoon matcha powder
- 2 scoops collagen powder (I use this one from Great Lakes Gelatin Co.)
- 1 tablespoon MCT oil (I use this one from Bulletproof)
In a small saucepan, heat your milk or milk alternative. Once heated, pour the milk into a blender and add the matcha powder, collagen powder, and MCT oil. With the lid slightly ajar so the steam can escape, slowly blend for 5-10 seconds until frothy and creamy. Pour into your favorite morning mug.
*You can also make the drink using a frother instead of a blender to combine the ingredients and get that foamy, frothy consistency.
