Heat almond milk and water in a small saucepan over medium heat until almost boiling. Do not bring to a boil. Once the liquid is hot enough, remove from the heat and set it somewhere safe on your counter top.
Add in matcha powder and raw honey. With an immersion blender, gently mix creating lots of delicious foam and fully incorporating the powder into the liquid. Top with homemade coconut whipped cream or enjoy as is.
